Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar filed an affidavit at the Bombay High Court's Nagpur Bench on Tuesday requesting dismissal of ' meritless ' public interest litigation (PIL) filed against him for his alleged role in multi-crore irrigation scams. Pawar also said the charges were ' submitted with mala fide motives ' and deserve to be dismissed.
