Mobile Internet was partially restored with several riders on Tuesday in five districts of Jammu and Kashmir. Union Territory administration has also allowed broadband in hotels, travel establishments and hospitals but only on white listed websites. The administration of Jammu and Kashmir has restored 2 G internet connectivity on postpaid mobiles to access white-listed sites, including e-banking in Jammu, Samba, Kathua, Udhampur and Reasi districts.
