New Delhi: Shiv Sena MPs are being granted opposition seats in both parliamentary houses as their minister resigned and the party is "working out" coalition with Congress and NCP to form government in Maharashtra, Minister of Parliamentary Affairs Pralhad Joshi said on Sunday. Arvind Sawant, the lone Sena minister submitted his resignation last Monday in the Council of Ministers of the Union. The party said it would not attend NDA constituents meeting on the eve of Parliament's winter session on Saturday. "Shiv Sena's minister has resigned from the NDA government, they're not attending the NDA meeting today and they're working with Congress and the NCP. So it's normal that they will be granted seats in both houses on the opposition side," Joshi told reporters after the all-party meeting.
