Global analytics company CRISIL has acquired 100 per cent stake in Greenwich Associates LLC. The transaction was completed on December 19, 2019. Greenwich is the leading global provider of data, analytics and insights to the financial services industry specializing in providing unique high value data and actionable recommendations to help clients improve their business results.
