ME News Bureau: Samsung is all set to launch its new smart speaker in 2018. The speaker is expected to cost around $200 approximately Rs12,800. It is geared up to give a tough competition to companies such as Apple, Amazon and Alphabet. According to reports the South Korean tech giant is working on such an invention. The company's main aim is to focus on audio quality and the maintainence of connected home appliances. The speaker is designed as the hub for Samsung's smart things ecosystem. The speaker will run on Bixby which is Samsung's proprietary digital assistant. The speaker is meant to connect with Samsung's devices such as TVS, Galaxy smartphones and other Samsung devices. Samsung is said to have joined the stage late because companies like Amazon,Apple and Alphabet have already made their speakers.
