ME News Bureau: Xiaomi, Chinese smartphone manufacturer, has said it is planning to increase its offline sales in India, a significant market for the company. Presently, online sales account for 80 percent of the company's phone business in India.

The company is looking at growing penetration in the offline market, according to Raghu Reddy, Xiaomi India Head (Online Sales). He said, “Xiaomi will increase the number of exclusive stores and other retail sale centers across the country shortly.”
