There is soon to be excited on the beaches of Mumbai, as we can also witness the beach patrol like beaches abroad! The honorable Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Mr. Uddhav Thakre, flagged off All-Terrain Vehicles (ATV) for helping Mumbai Police, which was inaugurated at a ceremony at Girgaon Chowpatty on June 7^th, 2021. The ATVs will be used for Beach Patrol in Mumbai. ATVs are capable of speeds of 50-60 kph over sandy surfaces. These vehicles were donated by Reliance Foundation after the approval of the Government.

The people who attended the meeting along with the CM were Deputy CM, Home Minister, Minister of Tourism and Environment, Guardian Minister of Mumbai, Additional Chief Secretary (Home), DGP, Commissioner of Police, Mayor of Mumbai, and Head of Reliance Foundation.
