A children safety awareness week was inaugurated by Dharavi Police station jointly with  World Vision India to save children from harassment, kidnapping , child marriage and child labour. Parents had been advised to take a pledge to ensure that their children are safe from all these. The people who had attended had pledged to support this move to create an environment for their children's safety. A young girl child is seen signing the pledge for her own safety.
