Mumbai: Speaking at the ' Mahajanadesh Sankalp Sabha ' alliance , Modi blamed the UPA government headed by Congress for fracturing the banking sector's backbone. Over the past 15 years, the Congress has ruined the entire banking sector, and today some of them are in Tihar jail, while others are facing probes, "he said. The cleaning process has just started, he said, indicating more is in store. "I guarantee that no one will ever violate honest taxpayers ' hard-earned money.
