Delhi: Eyewitnesses have described the scene of the blast near Red Fort Metro Station, which is horrifying. An eyewitness said he was at the scene. “Suddenly, there was a terrifying explosion. The vehicles were on fire and in tatters. It was the first time in my life that I had witnessed such a scene. Many people were lying in pools of blood.” He said the administration acted very swiftly. Smoke was all around, so it was not clear how many were injured. He helped some of the injured. Another eyewitness said he was on his way home when the explosion occurred, and he stopped to help people. He pulled out four bodies from the blast vehicle. The explosion occurred while the vehicle was moving.
