Mumbai: Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari garlanded the photograph of Loknayak Birsa Munda on the occasion of 144^th birth anniversary of the great revolutionary freedom fighter at Raj Bhavan, Mumbai on Friday (15^th Nov).

Principal Secretary of Tribal Development Department Manisha Varma, Principal Secretary Rural Development Aseem Kumar Gupta and Principal Secretary to the Governor Santosh Kumar were present.  A presentation on Tribal Development Department and Rural Development department was made on the occasion.
