Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari launched the inaugural issue of Marathi monthly ‘Vigyan Vishwa’ at Raj Bhavan, Mumbai on Sunday (17th Oct). The publication has been brought out with the objective of popularizing science among children and youth.
