ME News Bureau: A 5-year-old girl was gagged, raped and killed by a 24-year-old construction worker in Hyderabad. The accused has been identified as Dinesh Kumar Dharne, a resident  of Aryamitra  labour camp in Alkapur township. He took the girl to a nearby shop saying that he would get her chocolates. After giving her the chocolates,he took her to the bushes and raped her twice. Later, in the fear that the girl might spill the beans, Dinesh murdered her by hitting with a cement boulder on her head. The body of the girl was discovered near the compound of Shri Shirdi Sai Prem Samaj Hospital of Narsingi. The body was then shifted to Osmania Hospital for a postmortem. Dinesh has been booked under sections 366 (kidnapping, abducting) 376A (rape) and 302 (murder) of the IPC and other relevant sections of the POCSO Act.
