Jaipur: The mystery behind the disappearance of four children from Jaipur’s Muhana area has been resolved after police traced them safely in Ayodhya. Their family expressed relief as all were found unharmed.

The incident occurred on Tuesday when the children returned home from tuition classes and later left the house in the afternoon without telling anyone.

The missing group included a 13-year-old girl, her 9-year-old sister, their 11-year-old cousin, and her 8-year-old brother.

When the children failed to return by evening, worried family members launched a search and subsequently filed a missing persons report at Muhana Police Station. Acting swiftly, the police began an intensive search operation and eventually succeeded in locating the children in Ayodhya.

Taking the matter seriously, Station House Officer (SHO) Gur Bhupendra formed multiple teams and initiated a detailed investigation.

Police examined CCTV footage from Malpura Gate Bus Stand, nearby markets, and other public places.

The footage showed all four children walking together towards Malpura Gate. In one clip, they were seen stopping at a bangle shop, while another showed them standing near an e-rickshaw. Investigators questioned several e-rickshaw drivers in the area, helping them piece together the route the children had taken. Since none of the children carried mobile phones, tracking their exact location proved challenging. Nevertheless, persistent investigation and ground-level inquiries ultimately led police to Ayodhya.

According to police, the children had long wished to visit Ayodhya, seek blessings from Ram Lalla, and see the grand Ram Mandir.

Motivated by this desire, they left home without informing anyone and boarded a train.

During their journey, they travelled on a route connected to Sultanpur and Kushinagar before eventually reaching Ayodhya.

Muhana Police confirmed that all four children were found safe and in good health. The news brought immense relief to both the family and the police team, who had been working tirelessly to locate them.

A police team, accompanied by family members, has now left for Ayodhya to bring the children back home to Jaipur.
