The students and staff of the SIES College of Arts, Science & Commerce  Sion  along with the Past Students’ Association of the College started a fund raising drive to help the people who are affected due to devastating floods in Kerala.

The first batch of materials consists of provisions like rice, dals ,dresses, biscuits, blankets  and medicines left for Munnar in Kerala on Tuesday accompanied by the ex-students of the college. The students will be distributing the materials with the help of their friends and relatives in Kerala mainly to poor and middle class people.

The second set of materials consist of medicines, blankets, house hold cooking materials, soaps, washing powders, floor cleaners, buckets will leave by Wednesday to Trichur. The third batch will leave by next week end.
