Three people were detained on Thursday, police said, for supposedly molesting and raping a 13-year-old girl, a class eight student in a private school. On Tuesday night the girl had passed missing from her house and on the same day her family had lodged a complaint of missing persons  at the police station in Bajghera.

She had gone to meet a friend, according to police, who later took her to a friend's office in Rajendra Park on Tuesday night. Two other men reportedly sexually assaulted her at the office for more than four hours before one of them dropped her close her house.
