Durg, Chhattisgarh: The talent of Durg district of Chhattisgarh has once again left its mark in the field of education. Dr Pragya Singh, a teacher posted at Hanoda Middle School in Durg, has been selected for the National Teacher Award this year. Her unique teaching method of making difficult subjects like mathematics simple and interesting for children has earned her this honour. She is the only teacher from the state to receive the National Teacher Award this time, in the general category.
