Burberry appoints new chi

Burberry has recently appointed Italian designer Riccardo Tisci as its new chief creative officer, naming the former Givenchy designer as the replacement for their former designer Christopher Bailey.

Tisci will join Burberry in March and present his first collection in September. Burberry’s new chief executive, Marco Gobbetti, issued a statement for the same and said, “Riccardo’s creative vision will reinforce the ambitions we have for Burberry and position the brand firmly in luxury.”
