It appears that Salman Khan has given his nod to host the eighth season of 'Bigg Boss' for a whopping Rs 5-6 crore per week.

Earlier Salman was reluctant to host the next season of ‘Big Boss’. The producer of this popular reality show, then approached a host of actors, like Shah Rukh Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Ranveer Singh and Hrithik Roshan requesting them to host the show.

Things changed recently when Salman, reportedly, agreed to host the Big Boss season 8. Why not, as the actor will in fact be paid Rs 5-6 crore per week!

Bollywood is awash with rumors, says, "Assumptions should be put to rest now that Dabang Khan is returning to host the eighth season. Last year, he had charged around Rs 2-3 crore per week but this time around, his fees have doubled; he will charge Rs 5-6 crore per week."

This season of the BB will be more splendid than the previous ones. "The show will be broadcast at a different time period," says a source.

Salman, reportedly, has agreed to return despite his hectic schedule. "His dates will no longer create a dilemma. Everybody wanted him to host the show."
