British singer Dua Lipa recently made Youtube history as the youngest female artist to hit one billion views on a music video for her song ‘New Rules’ which has over 1,000,000,000 views and is the sixth single that appeared on Dua Lipa’s self-titled debut album.

The artist expressed her excitement for the same on Instagram. She posted a throwback photo of herself as a baby with the caption that read, “I picked up the phone and found out I am the youngest female artist to hit 1 BILLION views on a music video.”

Lipa also made BRIT awards history as she is nominated for British Solo Female Artist, British Artist Video of the Year, British Breakthrough Act, British Single and Mastercard British Album of the Year.

Dua Lipa has also recently shared ‘High’, a song that she recorded for the Fifty Shades Freed soundtrack. The OST for the film also features tracks from Hailee Steinfield, Julia Michaels, Jessie J, and a collaboration between Rita Ora and former One Direction member Liam Payne among others.
