Welsh fashion designer Julien Macdonald would love to dress Queen Elizabeth. He thinks that she is the “chicest” woman.

 

 

 "I'd love to dress the Queen. She's one of the chicest women in the world,” femalefirst.co.uk quoted Macdonald as saying.

 

 The 42-year-old also appreciates her as she speaks what’s on her mind.

 

 "She's not shy! She says what she thinks,” he added.
