Mumbai: Benzy Production announced the nationwide release of its Malayalam crime thriller, “The Case Diary,” now screening in major theatres across India, including Inox Metro and Cinepolis Seawoods in Mumbai.
The film premiered in theatres throughout Kerala today, reportedly, to an enthusiastic reception. Lead actor Ashkar Saudan, who portrays the pivotal role of police officer Christy Sam, expressed confidence that the film will captivate audiences. “The Case Diary will not disappoint. My role as Christy Sam is one of the most powerful performances of my career,” he stated during a press event in Thiruvananthapuram.
The event was attended by director Dileep Narayanan and cast members Sakshi Agarwal, Neeraj, Gokulan, P. Sukumar, and P.K. Lal.
“The Case Diary” follows police officer Christy Sam as he investigates the high-profile murder of a man named Aju, unravelling a web of suspense and intrigue.
The film features an ensemble star cast, including Vijayaraghavan, Rahul Madhav, Riyaz Khan, Sakshi Agarwal, Neeraj, Ameer Niyas, Gokulan, Kichu Tellus, Bala, Meghnathan, and Bijukuttan.
The film’s story was written by Vivek Vadassery and Shaheem Kochannoor, while the screenplay was crafted by A.K. Santhosh and the cinematography was handled by P. Sukumar.
