Veteran actor Naseeruddin Shah will step into the shoes of a TV host and take the small screen audience through a roller coaster ride on the fascinating legacy and the glorious history of Indian cricket.

 

 

 From the dusty fields of colonial India to the sprawling meadows of the Eden Gardens, the “Ishqiya” actor will regale the audience with an exclusive rendezvous on India’s all-time favourite sport – cricket.

 

 Being passionate about cricket since his childhood, there could not have been anyone more appropriate than him to host the show, read a statement. 

 

 On the big screen, Naseeruddin had played a cricket coach in "Iqbal".

 

 The show will be launched on The Epic Channel in July.
