Robert Downey Jr recently revealed the cast of The Voyage of Doctor Dolittle. Downey Jr. plays the titular role of the doctor who can talk to animals. He took to Twitter to unveil the movie’s voice talents and their creature characters.

Emma Thompson will be playing Polynesia the parrot, Ralph Fiennes will play Barry the tiger and Spider-man actor Tom Holland will take on the role of Jip the Dog.

The cast further includes Selena Gomez who will play Betsy, a giraffe, alongside Octavia Spencer playing Dab-Dab the duck, Rami Malek as the gorilla Chee-Chee, Craig Robinson playing a mouse called Fleming, Kumail Nanjiani as an ostrich named Plimpton, Carmen Ejogo as a lioness Regine and Frances De La Tour as Ginko-Who-Soars.

The Voyage of Doctor Dolittle is set to release on April 12, 2019.
