Mumbai: COO of Lilavati Hospital, Doctor Niraj Uttamani, on actor Saif Ali Khan, says, “Saif Ali Khan was admitted to Leelavati Hospital at 2 AM with an alleged history of assault by an unknown person. He sustained a major spinal cord injury due to a lodged knife. Surgery was performed to remove the knife and repair the leaking spinal fluid…He is now completely stable, recovering well, and out of danger.”
