Travolta 'beating' himself for error at Oscars
Actor John Travolta, who recently mispronounced actress-singer Idina Menzel's name at the 86th Academy Awards held here recently, has apologised for the same.

Travolta said that he has been "beating" himself over mispronouncing Menzel's name while introducing her before she performed Oscar winning song “Let it go” from “Frozen”. He has been wondering how Menzel was reacting to it, reports people.com.

"I've been beating myself up all day…Then I thought, what would Idina Menzel say? She'd say, let it go, let it go," Travolta said in a statement. "Idina is incredibly talented and I am so happy 'Frozen' took home two Oscars Sunday night," he added.

According to sources, Menzel has no hard feelings for Travolta. "She thought it was funny," the source said.
