A suicide bomber killed 63 individuals and injured 182 in a Saturday night attack on a packed wedding reception in the Afghan capital, the Interior Ministry said, as violence demonstrates no sign of lightening despite hopes for a US troop withdrawal agreement.The attack came as the Taliban and the United States attempt to negotiate an agreement with the US-backed government on the withdrawal of US troops in return for a Taliban commitment to security and peace talks. In a minority Shi'ite neighbourhood, the Taliban rejected accountability for the blast at a west Kabul wedding hall packed with people celebrating a marriage.
