A car bomb struck a military convoy of NATO-led forces in Afghanistan's Khost province Thursday, leaving four civilians injured, Xinhua reported.
"At around 2.45 p.m. local time Thursday, one car bomb went off along the main road in Ismahilkhil-Mandozai District when a convoy of the international forces was running there. As a result, four civilian passers-by were slightly wounded," local authorities said in an official statement.
