In recent research, it is found that there are many apps on your mobile phone, which is collecting your confidential information and sending it to Facebook without your consent.

Many health Apps which takes permission from users to collect data for an analytical purpose also sends that data to Facebook which it uses later for advertisements and tracking them.

This is done by an analytical tool called “App Events” (which is provided by Facebook) which gets integrated into these mobile Apps. Then the data will be collected and sent to Facebook even if the person is not at Facebook.

After the Privacy issues which erupted last year affecting many companies including Facebook, Now they have strict rules for developers and advertisers to not submit the confidential information on Facebook. But Facebook has no way to stop it. Even after strict rules, still many developers are doing it.

Facebook officials said that they’re building more secure internal analytical systems to stop privacy issues and stopping developers to submit customers data on Facebook.
