Nine Chinese crew missing after ship collision off Japan
Nine Chinese crew members on board a Panama-registered cargo went missing after the ship collided with a South Korean cargo and capsized in waters near Miura port in Kanagawa Prefecture in Japan early Tuesday morning, Xinhua quoted the Chinese embassy as saying.

A total of 20 Chinese crew members were on the Panama cargo and 11 of them have been rescued, Japan's Coast Guard said, adding that rescue work is still underway.

The collision also caused damage to the South Korean ship, while all of its 14 crew members are in safe condition.
