On Saturday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi held extensive discussions with his Bhutanese counterpart Lotay Tshering, during which the two rulers discussed measures to further expand the bilateral partnership across multiple industries. Speaking to students at the Royal University of Bhutan, PM Modi said, "I want to inform you all that there is no better time to be young than now, today's world provides more possibilities than ever before. You have the power and ability to do exceptional things that will affect future generations.

PM Modi, praising Bhutanese PM, said, "My good friend, Prime Minister Dr. Tshering, wrote a Facebook post that touched my heart a few days ago. In that post he stated about Exam Warriors, a book I wrote to advise young people on how to face stress-free exams."
