At least three people were killed and several injured in a blast in Pakistan's Lahore city Tuesday, a media report said.
 
 It occurred near the main gate of Police Lines in the city's Gujjar Singh area, Dawn reported. Several vehicles parked near the blast site caught fire and window panes in nearby buildings were also shattered.
 
 Witnesses said gunshots were heard from inside the Police Lines. However, security personnel said that the shots were only  fired by members of the law enforcement agencies after the blast.
