Mumbai: Maharashtra Governor C. P. Radhakrishnan was deeply moved by the paintings drawn by the students and artists at a painting worshop organised by Gandhi Films Foundation and Photography Promotion Trust this week at Raj Bhavan, Mumbai.
Engaging with the students and artists, the Governor personally praised their talent in capturing the essence of Raj Bhavan on canvas, a sight that left everyone in awe.
The workshop was organised by the Gandhi Films Foundation and Photography Promotion Trust, with senior photographer Sudharak Olwe and Sanjay Nikam playing key roles in promoting art and culture.
The Mumbai Raj Bhawan, the official residence of the Governor of Maharashtra, is a stunning structure standing on 44 acres of land, surrounded by sea on three sides. It is one of the most beautiful buildings in the city and boasts a century-and-a-half of history, making it an exciting subject for artists to bring alive on canvas.
