Ravi Kokate and Bajrang Kokate, residents of Risod town of Washim district, are barbers by profession but devout devotees at heart; both these brothers sing bhajans while cutting hair. Pandharpur Wari, or Wari, is a centuries-old tradition. It is a yatra (journey) to Pandharpur, Maharashtra, to honour Vithoba. This year, Wari commenced on June 19th and culminates on July 6th.
