High drama was created in the courtroom of holiday court in Bandra on Sunday, after Bollywood actor Aditya Pancholi was produced in the court after his arrest from a suburban nightclub for allegedly assaulting a bouncer.

According to a eyewitness, before the magistrate entered the courtroom, Aditya was heard shouting slogans like "Jai Hind, Jai Maharashtra" and "Ganpati Bappa Morya". "He passed comments about lawyer Arvind Tiwari's hair and lawyer Mohammad Yusuf's height.”

According to Padmakar Chavan, senior inspector of Santacruz police station, “On Saturday night Aditya Pancholi who was with his friend at a suburban nightclub walked up to the disc jockey (DJ) and expressed his displeasure with English songs being played. He wanted him to play Hindi film songs. When the DJ turned down his request, Pancholi started arguing with him. "The actor began hurling abuses at the bouncers who were trying to take him away from the DJ. He hit Mandar Patole, a bouncer, on the head with a mobile phone and pushed his colleagues."
