New Delhi: A passenger aircraft will leave India today for Wuhan city in Hubei province of China to bring back stranded Indians in the midst of a raging coronavirus outbreak, government sources said. The Boeing 747 will take off from Mumbai and make a brief stop in Delhi, from where the Chinese city is six hours away by flight. Sources said that at Wuhan, the epicenter of the outbreak, more than 325 Indians are waiting to be taken in.
