The hapless Campa Cola Housing Society residents suffered another blow when three men, claiming to be police officials dropped in early on Thursday. They wanted them to vacate their homes before the demolition process starts. For those expecting miracle to happen, their dreams washed away with their arrival.

Some believe that they had come to arrest the core committee members of the society as a preventive measure.

After they left, the harried residents met the Police Commissioner Rakesh Maria and asked, ‘why cops are threatening law-abiding citizens in the compound’. Reportedly, Maria assured them that the incident will not be repeated again.
