Maharashtra Governor Ramesh Bais presented the ‘I Inspire Awards’ to 20 Cancer Warriors at a function organised by the Pahile Majhe Kartavya (PMK) Foundation on International Women’s Day on Friday, March 8, in Mumbai.
The PMK Foundation, started by Cancer Warrior Nayna Kanal, works for cancer care, women’s health and nutrition.
On the occasion, oncologist Dr Suresh Advani, former Director of Tata Memorial Hospital Dr Rajendra Badwe, and Dr Shripad Banavali were given the Lifetime Achievement Award.
