The water stock in the seven lakes which supply water to Mumbai has shown a steady increase as compared to Sunday.

There was an increase of 9,944 million litres of water on Monday. The total water stock on Monday was 1,94,945.

Most of the seven lakes saw around 100mm rain on Sunday. Modak Sagar received 123mm, Tansa 75 mm, Vihar 124 mm, Tulsi 129mm, Upper Vaitarna 104mm, Bhatsa 121mm and Middle Vaitarna 105 mm
