Suburban local trains were thrown out of gears in the peak hours today due to a signal problem between Sahad and Kalyan. Trains were reportedly running late by 30 – 45 minutes, forcing office goers to reach their work places late.

This follows with the series of inconvenience to commuters since past few days wherein the local train services getting disrupted for various reasons. Seems CR needs to look into these discrepancies with extra care to enable smooth flow of passengers
