S.S Kshatriya who took over the reins from J.S Saharia as Maharashtra’s new Chief Secretary on July 1, addressed various district collectors, divisional commissioners, departmental secretaries and chief officers on Tuesday through video conferencing directing them to stick to e-governance for faster administration and transparency.

Kshatriya has held various responsible positions in the government with unsullied track record.
