On Friday, West Bengal BJP leader Dilip Ghosh showed yet another indication of his penchant for unrestrained criticism of his critics when he referred to intellectuals and leaders of civil society in the state opposed to the Citizenship Amendment Act as ' spinless, devils, and parasites. ' Notably, Ghosh was re-elected for the second time as the president of the West Bengal unit of the Bharatiya Janata Party on Thursday and, since then, has been practically unrestrained in his ability to harass opponents at will.
