New Delhi: Former Finance Minister P Chidambaram was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate on Wednesday after grilling him at Delhi's Tihar Jail .in connection with the INX Media money laundering case.  The arrest of Chidambaram came one day after a special court allowed the Enforcement Directorate (ED) to quiz Chidambaram for 30 minutes to decide on his arrest . in connection with the matter.  Nalini and Karti Chidambaram, the wife and son of the Congress leader, too reached the jail premises ahead of the interrogation process. Since September 5, Chidambaram has been in judicial custody in Tihar Jail in a corruption case linked to the alleged scam. His remand is scheduled to end on October 17.
