A gas leakage from a state-run Kerala Minerals and Metals Limited (KMML) plant, on Thursday, has reportedly caused breathing troubles among 70 odd people, including students from a nearby school at Kollam in Kerala.
They had been rushed to a nearby hospital and after providing first aid the doctors declared them out of danger. The rumors of hydrogen sulphide leakage were doing the round in Kollam but it lacked substantial evidence.
The Kerala Labour Minister, Shibu baby John, said, there is no fatality reported until now and the affected people have been hospitalized and the probe is ordered into the inccident.
