Maha Governor opens First session of State Legislature
Maharashtra Governor Ramesh Bais addressed the first joint session of Maharashtra State Legislature for the year 2024 at Vidhan Bhavan Mumbai. 
 
The Governor was welcomed by Speaker of Maharashtra Legislative Assembly Rahul Narwekar, Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, Deputy Chairperson of Legislative Council Dr Neelam Gorhe, Minister of Parliamentary Affairs Chandrakant Patil and Chief Secretary Nitin Kareer. The Governor was given a ceremonial Guard of Honour on the occasion.
