Maharashtra Governor Ramesh Bais presided over a Conference on Latest Criminal Law Reforms 2023 on the theme ‘India’s Progressive Path in the Administration of Criminal Justice System’ at NSCI Auditorium in Mumbai on Sun (30 Jun). The Conference was organised by the Department of Legal Affairs, Ministry of Law & Justice, Government of India.

Chief Justice of the Chhattisgarh High Court Justice Ramesh Sinha, Chief Justice of the Gujarat High Court Justice Sunita Agarwal, Chief Justice of the Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court Justice N Kotiswar Singh, Member Secretary of Law Commission of India Dr Reeta Vasishtha, Secretary of the Department of Legal Affairs Dr Rajiv Mani, Addl Secretary Anju Rathi Rana, Judges of the Bombay High Court, judges of subordinate courts, pleaders, educationists, representatives of Law Enforcement agencies and Law students were present.
