Mahayuti delegation meets Governor; demands better compensation for hailstorm affected farmers; immediate appointment of Governor’s Nominees to Legislative Council

 

A 16-member delegation of BJP, Shiv Sena, RPI-A leaders comprising Gopinath Munde, Eknath Khadse, Subhash Desai, Ramdas Athavale and others today (Fri, 21 March) met the Governor of Maharashtra K. Sankaranarayanan at Raj Bhavan Mumbai.

 

The delegation demanded immediate relief and better compensation for the hailstorm affected farmers.The delegation pointed out that the 12 nominees of the Governor to the State Legislative Council should be appointed immediately.
