New Delhi: In the first session of the 17th Lok Sabha, Modi govt generated record of passing the maximum amount of bills. More than two dozen bills were launched and most of them passed by the house.

However, the achievement came among the allegations of opposition parties that most of the NDA's bills were bulldozed.This is the highest performance in the opening by any government as well as the budget sessions in the last 15 years in a fresh Lok Sabha.

Following the landslide victory of the Modi government in the recent General Elections 2019, it turned out that the first session was quite a win.
