Narendra Modi is most eligible bachelor: Mallika Sherawat

Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi, 62, is the most eligible bachelor in the country, according to Bollywood actress Mallika Sherawat, who will soon be on the lookout for a "soulmate" via TV show "The Bachelorette India – Mere Khayalon Ki Mallika".
She has special reasons for her unique answer to the question – "Who is the country's most eligible bachelor?"
"I think it's Narendra Modi. He is smart, progressive and often misunderstood like me," the 36-year-old said here during the launch of the promotional trailer of her forthcoming TV show "The Bachelorette India – Mere Khayalon ki Mallika" here Friday night.
The dating reality show, a take-off from the internationally popular format of "The Bachelor", focusses on finding a match for the actress from among 30 contestants.
Actor Rohit Roy, who will host the show, was present at the show's launch at the Fateh Garh Fort here. He introduced 15 of the 30 contestants with a unique song for each one of them.
The show will be aired starting Oct 7 on Life OK.
