New Delhi: Oil Minister Dharmendra Pradhan said worldwide oil prices on Monday would ease if geopolitical conflicts did not escalate further. Earlier last week, oil prices had risen by as much as 19 per cent before coming off peaks after an assault on Saudi Arabia's oilfields interrupted 5 per cent of worldwide oil supply over the past weekend. Crude oil prices have already fallen by a couple of dollars per barrel, Mr Pradhan said at an industry event.
